Benin form guideThe visitors know that only a win would see them make it to the 2024 African Cup of Nations. Unfortunately for Gernot Rohr’s team, wins have been in short supply of late, as they have won just one of their previous eight international games.
They have also won just once in their last eight African Cup of Nations qualifiers. Their recent games in qualifying have lacked goals, with under 2.5 goals scored in three of their previous four outings.
Benin has a poor recent away record in African Cup of Nations qualifying, as a 3-0 win in Rwanda in their previous away game ended an eight-game winless run on their travels.
