Chkdsk appears in the start up and you want to disable it. Just follow these few easy steps to do so:

Using Command Prompt

    Click the Start button.

    Click the “‘Run button.

    Type cmd

    Type “chkntfs /x c:” in the command prompt. This way, you won’t see it every time you start up your computer.

Changing Boot Execute

    Click on Start, Run and type in regedit.

    Navigate to the following subkey: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager

    Change Boot Execute to autocheck auto check *

    Exit your registry.

    Restart to make sure that there is no chkdsk at your computer.
